Not Yours, Not Today, Not Ever

Episode 1

Scarlett Kendall wakes up knowing exactly how her life ends: seven children, a husband who never loved her, and death on an operating table. So her first act after being reborn is a quiet betrayal of her own—she changes her college application and asks a staff member to hand her fiancé's family a fake admission letter if they come asking.

Because in her last life, Connor Langley didn't just ignore her. He brought her sister Juliet along to swap out her real letter, then married Scarlett early as "compensation." He was a decorated soldier every girl admired, but cold to her alone. This time, she says, she's taking back what's hers.

Episode 2

The family gathers to celebrate Juliet, who supposedly passed her college exam without breaking a sweat, while Scarlett—who studied every night—failed. Her mother throws a party so the whole neighborhood hears the good news, and guests compare the two sisters loudly.

Connor arrives, and instead of comfort, he tells Scarlett the failure means they can move the wedding up to next month. At the photo, Juliet scrapes her hand and is rushed to the hospital while everyone panics over her. Meanwhile, Scarlett's shoulder is bleeding—and nobody noticed until it was already too late to matter. "From now on, I'm done hoping for their love," she decides.

Episode 3

Juliet can't sleep from the pain, so Scarlett is ordered out of bed to make her lunch. Instead, Connor takes everyone for steak—and orders every dish to Juliet's taste: medium rare steak, baked salmon, honey-glazed turkey. When Scarlett points out that after all these years he's never once remembered what she likes, he brushes it off: as Juliet's brother-in-law, of course he should know her preferences.

Juliet mentions a new movie she can't get tickets for, and Connor promises to arrange it. Scarlett remembers a past life where she burned with fever and begged him to use his connections for medicine—and he refused, citing rules. For Juliet, the rules don't seem to apply.

Episode 4

At the cinema, a commotion erupts: someone shouts that a thief is in the crowd, and a woman's life savings have gone missing. Panic turns to violence, and the mob grabs Scarlett, accusing her of the theft. People strike her, and a furious woman threatens to kill her.

Juliet twists her ankle in the chaos, and Connor immediately fusses over her, ready to rush her to the hospital. Nobody listens when Scarlett insists she didn't take anything. The crowd keeps calling her a thief, and Connor's attention stays fixed on Juliet—leaving Scarlett to absorb the blows alone.

Episode 5

The real thief turns out to be a short-haired girl, and the mob's apologies come far too late. Scarlett sits in the aftermath with no family to call. Watching an officer dote on a girl with a minor sprain, she notes bitterly that Connor fusses over Juliet the same way—so attentive that Scarlett finally loses all hope.

She spends the following days in her room, nursing her injury and quietly waiting for school to start, ready to leave. Then Juliet announces that the gold necklace Connor gave her for her birthday has vanished, and the whole house begins searching. The suspicion lands, as always, on Scarlett.

Episode 6

The necklace is "found," and the family turns on Scarlett. Her parents demand to know why she stole Juliet's things; Juliet offers to simply give her the necklace, as if the theft were already proven. Scarlett insists she didn't take it, but the evidence and witnesses are stacked against her.

Connor refuses to believe her, lecturing that a future soldier's wife must set an example. Her parents order her sent to a correctional facility to learn the rules. As she's dragged away, Juliet asks Connor whether Scarlett will hate her for this—and he reassures her that Scarlett made the mistake herself.

Episode 7

Four days later, Scarlett returns from the correctional facility, told to behave and never steal again. The ordeal nearly made her forget she even has a college to attend. When she runs into Mister Johnson, he asks whether she's gotten her train ticket for school.

He happens to have an extra ticket and offers it to her. She thanks him. It's a small kindness—but from a near-stranger, it lands harder than anything her own family has given her. Quietly, her plan to leave is back on track.

Episode 8

Juliet corners Scarlett and dangles her grandmother's lifetime savings—every penny the old woman ever saved. She taunts Scarlett about retaking the exams, vowing she'll never allow a second chance. The price for the money back: Scarlett must kneel and bow to her three times.

Scarlett swallows her pride and does it. Juliet hands nothing back. It's a pure cruelty—taking both the money and the dignity, then walking away smiling, leaving Scarlett with nothing but the realization of how far her sister will go.

Episode 9

Juliet is badly burned, and the hospital says she needs a skin graft. The family decides Scarlett will provide it—she's the sister, so she's the "best choice." Scarlett protests that Juliet burned herself; why should she pay for it? Her parents blame her for grabbing the money in the first place.

Connor piles on: someone like her won't pass the exam even if she retries, so she should just focus on getting married. When she refuses, they hold her down. She screams that she hates them, and Connor asks whether she still wants to retake the exam—reminding her he's already promised to marry her. "No, not anymore," she says.

Episode 10

A large skin graft is taken from Scarlett's thigh, and she's left in agony while Juliet is treated like treasure. Nurses marvel at how devoted Juliet's family and fiancé are, and word spreads that her own sister did this out of jealousy. Scarlett lies there thinking: she's the one who was burned, carved, and left suffering—yet everyone still sees her as the monster.

Connor arrives to take Juliet home, fussing over her every step. Then Juliet delivers her final blow, claiming Scarlett sent men to violate her, and that she barely escaped. The accusation lands, and the family's hatred hardens into something Scarlett may never be able to undo.

If you've been waiting for a rebirth revenge drama that actually makes you feel the sting, this one earns a binge—start it tonight and see how far Scarlett will go.
