The Lost Heir: His Dawn of Reckoning

Episode 1

A boy named Troy Levin sells scrap to buy medicine for his mother, who is fighting leukemia. A dealer nearly cheats him on a watch, then reconsiders when he hears her story. At home, Troy bakes a chrysanthemum cake for her birthday and fastens the family watch on her wrist. She tells him he is her only joy, and they split the last slice, vowing never to leave each other. Her father had disowned her for keeping the boy. Troy begs his grandfather to save her.

Episode 2

Troy leaves home without saying goodbye, promising to return once he succeeds. His mother calls after him, but he is gone. Twenty years later, Miss Moore takes the stage at Traxon Group, now the top denim company, and announces a search for her missing son, Troy Levin, offering $100 million for information and an honorary directorship for whoever leads her to him. Elsewhere, Troy gives Trixie Judd a patent design he spent five years creating, telling her it will earn her a commendation.

Episode 3

Troy has saved over $90,000 toward the $100,000 betrothal gift and asks Trixie to wait a little longer. She tells him to transfer the money to her now so she can inform her parents, and asks him to introduce himself as her fiancé onstage at the commendation meeting. He agrees at once. Alone, Trixie mocks him, certain that after the award they will be worlds apart. At Traxon, Miss Moore examines patent applications and freezes at a portable antimicrobial ventilator design — her son's childhood idea.

Episode 4

Miss Moore's team traces the patent to Trixie Judd, whose father is a workshop deputy director at the Quail branch. They also learn her boyfriend's name: Troy Levin. Her subordinates urge caution, noting many have impersonated her son, but a DNA test is arranged. Miss Moore orders the commendation meeting made grand, Trixie's reward raised from $50,000 to $5 million, and her father promoted. On the road, she stops at Troy's cake stall and buys one, hoping he will marry his beloved soon.

Episode 5

Miss Moore notices Troy's watch and finds it strangely familiar, then pays far more than the cake costs and leaves before he can return the change. Troy resolves to find her, but he is pulled away by the news that the commendation meeting is being held especially for Trixie, and she will announce their marriage there. Miss Moore tastes the cake, recognizes the chrysanthemum, and remembers her son. She orders the car to the factory, where every employee will be gathered.

Episode 6

At the grand commendation meeting, Trixie's family boasts about her talent and bright future. Taking the stage, Trixie thanks the person who supported her for years — the one who worked overtime, sold cakes on the street, and stayed up late on his designs. She says she wants to propose to him today, the man she intends to spend her life with. Then she names him: Josh Ives. The room applauds. Troy can only stare, unable to believe what he has heard.

Episode 7

Trixie credits Josh Ives with guiding her design, and the two announce they will marry in three days. Guests murmur that Josh is the factory director's nephew and that his father is a director at Traxon Group. Troy protests that Trixie promised to marry him, but her brother warns him to stop pestering her or his legs will be broken. Trixie calls him worthless. Miss Moore's aide reports the DNA results are not yet confirmed and asks her to wait.

Episode 8

Trixie's family tells Troy they always treated him as a free maid and never intended her to marry a loser. Josh taunts him, boasting about his wealth and his hold over Trixie, and demands Troy kneel and beg. Miss Moore, unwilling to wait, orders the DNA results rushed within three minutes. Troy insists the commendation meeting would not exist without him, but the crowd dismisses him. Josh threatens consequences for causing trouble at an event held for his woman.

Episode 9

Trixie finally drops her mask, mocking Troy as a lowly factory worker and a destitute orphan, worse than a stray dog. Josh flaunts that Trixie is in his arms and at his beck and call, claiming he has videos on his phone and ordering Troy to kneel if he wants to see them. Troy calls him scum. The humiliation is complete, and Josh's temper turns openly violent as the crowd watches Troy being cornered.

Episode 10

Josh orders security to hold Troy down and calls for a bat, then hands it to Trixie, telling her to break Troy's legs herself. She tells Troy not to blame her — he brought this on himself by offending Josh. As Troy struggles, Miss Moore's aide confirms the DNA result: Troy is her biological son. Miss Moore seizes a gun and rushes in, shouting that no one dares to hurt him. The rescue lands right as the blow is about to fall.

Troy's story turns on one question: what happens the moment his real mother walks through that door? Watch it and find out.
