The Vampire Thrall's Revenge

Episode 1

Emma has spent a week on a proposal she believes in, and Vivian destroys it in seconds. The scraps hit the floor as Vivian calls her adopted daughter "a tool for a marriage alliance" and warns her to stay beautiful, healthy, and obedient. When Emma argues back, Vivian has her dragged into an underground cold storage room and the iron door slams shut.

Episode 2

Episode 4

Riley brushes the fangs off as a party accessory and invites Emma somewhere. Emma hesitates, then follows her to a nighttime art exhibition in an abandoned movie theater. They stop at an installation called Girl in a Glass Coffin — and the whole theater loses power.

Darkness drags Emma back to the cold storage room. She begs not to be locked up. Riley crouches beside her and holds her tight: "It's okay. I'm here. No one is gonna lock you up." Overwhelmed, Emma kisses her — and Riley tastes the blood from Emma's bitten lip. Something buried inside Riley wakes up.

Episode 5

Riley shoves Emma away. "Stay away from me." Humiliated, Emma assumes it's disgust and leaves the theater alone. On the street, heavy footsteps follow her — a drunk man blocks her path and keeps closing in. Just as his hand is about to touch her, Riley appears behind him.

Emma's breath quickens at the impossible sight. "What are you?" Riley's answer isn't a reassurance: "We still have time to run." Whatever Riley is, the danger around Emma is far from over — and Riley keeps showing up exactly when it counts.
