The Weakest Summon, The Strongest Power

Episode 1

Sam Harper transmigrates into a world where humans bind themselves to Eidolons—and arrives just in time for an awakening ceremony. But he's not the same person who used to follow Xia Qingyu around like a lost puppy. A hidden ability lets him read the secret data of every summoned creature, and what he sees changes everything.

A Rank S Sangrifex appears, radiating crushing pressure. Everyone expects Xusheng, who holds first-pick rights, to claim it. Instead, Sam stuns the hall: he chooses Zythra, a Rank F succubus. Xusheng and Xia Qingyu are furious, but Sam already knows something they don't—Zythra's hidden bloodline and low evolution cost make her the real prize.

Episode 2

Zythra kneels and swears herself to Sam, her loyalty and affection climbing fast. She promises that as long as she lives, no one will harm her master. Xusheng seethes, convinced Sam threw away a Rank S Eidolon for worthless trash. Sam fires back that no one is born lowly—nobility of blood is only temporary.

Then comes a second resonance awakening, this time for weapons. Most summoners never get to call a weapon after their Eidolon, but Sam does. A Rank S Bloodmoon Sword appears, and once again he holds first pick. Xusheng and others scramble for it—someone begs for a ring that could double their power—but Sam's luck hasn't run out yet.

Episode 3

Sam uses his first-pick right to claim the Bloodmoon Sword for Zythra, and the room erupts. Xusheng is outraged that a "lowly" succubus would dare touch a Rank S weapon. Sam doesn't flinch: the sword is his to give, and he gives it to her.

Xusheng starts bidding—ten million, twenty, thirty—but Sam refuses every offer. A vice director warns that a mismatched weapon and beast can't unleash its power, even backfire. Zythra tries to take the blade and struggles. Sam stays calm: she can't wield it yet, but that doesn't mean she never will. He tells her to hold onto it and keep training.

Episode 4

Xusheng keeps pushing, dropping his offer as Sam keeps refusing. When Xia Qingyu's interest in Sam becomes obvious, Xusheng accuses him of dumping her for the succubus—though Sam points out they were never even together. The mockery continues: a succubus can never master the Bloodmoon Sword, so why not sell it and cash out?

Even Zythra admits she can't control the blade yet. Sam tells her to keep it anyway and practice. Xusheng threatens that if they meet in the trials, he'll make Sam pay. Sam's answer is simple—Zythra can't wield it now, but ten days from now is a different story.

Episode 5

Reality bites: evolution materials cost millions, and even Zythra's low consumption adds up. With the trials ten days away—the equivalent of college entrance exams—Sam needs serious money fast. He heads to Xia Bank, where new summoners can get loans.

The clerk offers a measly 500,000, then 3 million when Sam offers the Bloodmoon Sword as collateral. Sam pushes for 10 million. Just as things stall, Xia Qingyu herself walks in and overrides the clerk, granting Sam a 10-million credit line. Her reason: he helped her without even knowing it.

Episode 6

Sam doesn't remember helping Xia Qingyu, so she explains: because he chose the succubus, she got the third pick she needed. She still can't understand why he'd give up Rank S and Rank A beasts for a Rank F. Sam jokes that people call him lustful—but she says her instincts tell her he's not that kind of man.

Zythra teases that Xia Qingyu seems to like him, and the 10 million lands in his account. At home, Ting Jie scolds him for throwing away an S-rank chance on a succubus. Sam insists Zythra has potential, and promises it won't take long for everyone to see it.

Episode 7

The materials arrive—nearly 8 million spent in days. Zythra feels guilty, calling herself a lowly Rank F who can't hope for Rank A, but Sam tells her the money was always meant for her. Talk turns to a Rank S beast master from Qiuyun City whose career ended in a mysterious accident—a loss that cost more than just a beast.

That night, Sam prepares to activate Zythra's dormant bloodline. He warns her the clashing attributes may hurt, and asks if she trusts him. Her answer is absolute: one hundred percent. She closes her eyes, and the evolution begins.

Episode 8

The awakening sends out a shockwave—at least Rank S. Officials monitoring the district scramble to report it, certain it can't be a succubus. Inside, Zythra emerges transformed: a dual-attribute succubus of light and dark, Rank S at last. She thanks Sam for giving her a new life.

But Sam isn't done. He tells her to draw the Bloodmoon Sword—and this time it doesn't resist. When she channels light energy into it, the blade shifts into a second form: the Holy Moon Sword. Zythra is overwhelmed, teasing that she owes her master a proper reward.

Sam bet on the summon everyone laughed at—and the payoff is just getting started. Watch as the weakest pick turns into the strongest power, and see who's still laughing when the trials begin.
